When cats have their teeth cleaned, we conduct an oral health assessment and take full-mouth digital dental X-rays in order to provide our clients with treatment recommendations. 

Digital X-rays allow us to examine the 50% of the tooth that is under the gumline. We commonly find bone loss and tooth resorptions that would otherwise go unnoticed. Studies have shown that without the help of digital x-rays, significant dental issues are missed in up to 75% of cats.
