Dr. Guess and Grace were AMAZING! After having another vet say we may not every be able to get my cat proper care due to his behavior in the office, this experience was such a relief. They took their time with both my cats and respected the fact that going to the vet is unknown and scary for my furbabies. I would recommend them to any cat owner who wants good care by true cat lovers! -Amy B.
The staff here are really wonderful! Few pets enjoy the vet and they are so patient with everyone of them, helping to reduce their stress and give them the best care. I've brought four of my cats here throughout the years, from kitty checkups to every day illness to end of life care. The vets and vet techs are all very much cat people and always make me feel like my cat (whichever one I have that day) is the cutest, most important cat in the world. I’ve been taking my cats to this vet since moving to Columbus, 7 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier. They are all so caring. They do home visits, which is initially what drew me to them, but I’ve taken them to the office as well, and it’s so nice. I love that they specialize in cats and the attention to detail is amazing. They are the best here. They have things set up to make cats as calm as possible at the vet. They are always prompt to pick up the phone. They follow up on issues my cats has. They have also been really good in diagnosing my cats various illnesses. -Jen L.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Purrfect Care! Even from the start, the receptionists were friendly and personable over the phone. When I came for my appointment, it was so welcoming inside in terms of cleanliness, decor, and I even spotted Feliway towels in the lobby to comfort your cat if they’re stressed, which is incredibly thoughtful. The wait time was short - barely enough time to fix my coffee in the cute refreshment area. The little touches like those above (& even putting my girls’ names in pink on the board outside their exam room :-)) really demonstrate a level of customer service I haven’t seen at other vet practices I used in the past. The vet tech Allie and vet, Dr. Tanner were kind, patient, and thorough. Dr. Tanner followed up with me promptly after my visit regarding labs, food suggestions, and helpful information to help my girl who has recently decided to not use her litter box. I feel so confident about Dr. Tanner and this practice caring for my girls! -Ryan F.
Dr. Hagley and staff at Purrfect Care are absolutely amazing. They are the most supporting, helpful and loving group I have ever dealt with from a veterinary office. My cat actually loved everyone there, and I know this is a rarity. When it came time to put my boy to sleep, Dr. Hagley and Zack showed so much care and compassion. They even sent me a deeply felt, handwritten note of sympathy. I am eternally grateful for their kindness, care and knowledge. I could not recommend Purrfect care more highly to cat parents in the Columbus area. -Emma C.
I have been bringing my two kitties here for almost 4 years. I feel confident that they are receiving the highest level of care, and they are so gentle with my extremely anxious boy. I have trusted them to do wellness checks, senior cat bloodwork and urinalysis, and also teeth extractions on my senior Kitty.
